  • IT Band syndrome / Yoga

    Have been struggling with this condition big time with weight transfer / ball contact.

    I've got 6 weeks to get myself physically in shape before a golf trip.

    There seems to be mixed reviews about smashing a foam roller up the IT band or going just for the TFL making recovery somewhat complicated.

    If anyone knows of any useful yoga exercises that could be incorporated into a rehabilitation routine it would be appreciated.

    It is sometimes referred to as 'runner's knee' but is pretty much restricting me to buggy golf - I need a quick fix!
