Radius Bone of the Forearm
Ulna Bone of the Forearm
HINGED WRIST
Lead Hand is slightly cupped.
Load both and Release both anatomical snuff boxes.
Cut Release.
RUD Radial-Ulnar Deviation
RD Radial-deviation = the thumb moves up towards radius bone of the forearm.
UD Ulnar-deviation = the pinkie finger moves down towards the ulna bone of the forearm.
Tasks
BOWED WRIST
Lead Hand is bowed.
Loading of the Trail Hand and the Lead Hand is along for the ride.
Cut Through/BodyHold Off Release.
Dorsiflexion = back of the hand moves up towards the forearm.
Palm-flexion = palm of the hand moves down towards the forearm.
